the services and setting to assist patients in transitioning from hospital to
home following orthopedic/cardiac surgery, heart attack, stroke, accident
or other medical event. The Concourse TCU offers a safe, convenient and
cost-effective way to move from acute care within a hospital to self-sufficiency.The TCU at Echo Manor features:
